Why Give to Founders Hall?
Your support gives meaning and connections to our members at a time in their lives when transitions and loss are common (the average age of our members is 77). Many members are newly retired or have recently moved. Adult children and grandchildren live far away or are busy building careers and bonds in their own communities. Longtime friends relocate.
You are the key to Founders Hall filling these spaces and giving members opportunities to connect with subjects, people and hobbies that interest them.
There is no membership fee or entry fee required, or even suggested, when joining Founders Hall. Some classes have modest fees for the members who enroll in them, but these fees are set well below the cost of providing the classes. Many of our programs have no fee at all.
Grants, sponsorships, and class fees do not collectively provide the full income Founders Hall needs to offer consistent and excellent programs. Donors – such as yourself – make up the difference and thus are crucial to the Founders Hall mission.
