Welcome to Founders Hall!

A vibrant educational campus where adults 60+ explore academic pursuits, wellness programs, artistic expression, and meaningful connections.

Eligibility

  • Ridgefield residents 60+ and their spouses (any age), join anytime.
  • Residents 60+ from nearby CT and NY towns without full-time 60+ centers ( currently a 1 year wait list)
  • Note: Our charter requires 75% Ridgefield resident membership
Operating Guidelines

Ridgefield Residents: Simply stop by during our general hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or click the “Join Us” button above to join online. To complete your membership, proof of Ridgefield residency is required. Please provide either a valid driver’s license or a current bill showing your Ridgefield address dated within three months of your join date.

Non-Ridgefield Residents: If your town does not offer a full-time senior center, please submit your information below to join the wait-list. Your place on the wait-list will be determined by the date your information is submitted, and you will remain on the list until an opening becomes available. Important Registration Information!

Fall registrations are currently being processed as we finalize class sizes. Classes with available space remain open for registration.

When you register, you will first receive an email confirming that we received your registration. This does not yet mean you are officially enrolled.

We are reviewing registrations for each class. If a class exceeds capacity, all registrations received by the deadline will be entered into a lottery. Once the process is complete, you will receive a second email confirming the classes you have been enrolled in. If you are not selected for a class, we will contact you by phone.

This process may take a few days, and confirmations may arrive at different times as we work through each class.
