Anton Dieterswas educated in the Netherlands. He has a law degree from Leiden University. After a career in commercial banking, which took him to the U.S.A., he worked as a consultant to the World Bank and the U.N., and traveled widely in the Far East and Africa. His hobbies are mountaineering and roadrunning, and served as Secretary of the Wolfpit Running Club.
