Liz Wendel


Yoga Instructor

Liz has been practicing Yoga for 13 years. She trained under Mitchel Blier and received her Yoga Alliance certification in 2006 and her trauma-related Yoga therapy certification in 2009. She is a gentle, supportive teacher with a keen eye and an open heart. Liz teaches the “whole body” benefits from practicing Yoga. As she notes, “Yoga is not just on the mat or in the chair, it carries us through life.”
