Processing the Waves of Grief

Whether it is a spouse, a friend, or a child, losing someone we love is painful and difficult. It takes time to process the loss and the grief – and it is often described as coming in waves. In this group experience, you will have a place to sit with others who are working through grief. There is no ‘right way’ to process grief. You will have a space to remember your loved ones, to talk about the loss and to look at how you live and feel in current times. Katie Guillory is an experienced facilitator who will hold the space for these discussions. Note: there is no timeline for loss. You can come and process a loss from a long time ago, or something more recent. All are welcome.

Class will not meet July 8.
