Mind Maps: Visual Brainstorming Illustrations

The term ‘mind map’ refers to a highly illustrative diagram that has a branch-or root-like structure-radiating from a focal image (theme) on the page, and uses lines, shapes and colors to show relationships, groupings and connections between ideas and images. The medium is less important. Mind maps can be sketchy in nature, organic in form, loose drawings or collages of different textures and materials. THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Have a brainstorm and show us what lurks inside your mind…if you dare.

Class participants will be limited to 8. Supplies will be discussed at the first class.
