Meditation Workshop

Meditation is a simple way to reconnnect with well-being, and make a fresh start. This summer’s class offers the opportunity to practice in a group setting as we take a fresh look at the basics. Each class will include a guided meditation, a short presentation, Q&A and a group discussion. The presentations will highlight practicalities, such as understanding what meditation is all about, how best to establish a regular practice, avoid pitfalls and discouragement, and how to bring the wonderful benefits of meditation into our daily lives. The class welcomes newcomers to meditation and those who are just curious to try it out. It will also be helpful for those who already have some experience. Each class will be self-contained.
