Meditation Contentment 11AM
Meditation is often presented as a means to manage the stress of daily life. But it does much more: meditation can also bring out the best that life offers. In class, we’ll explore how contentment and well-being can be found in every moment, even difficult ones. The class includes basic meditation instruction and an introduction to contemplation practice. Contemplation is a tool that we can use to activate the richness inherent in life, such as the discovery of contentment. The class builds on last Fall’s introduction to meditation, but is also suitable for newcomers.
