How to Meditate 9:00
Meditation, or mindfulness-awareness practice, is a simple but potent way to connect to the goodness of life. Grounding ourselves in this way helps us relax with ourselves and be more available for others. This class will cover the basics of meditation and explore how to bring it into our daily lives. We will use Pema Chodron’s book, ‘How to Meditate: A Practical Guide to Making Friends with Your Mind.’ The class is open to all. Beginners are welcome! Those who’ve already taken a Founders Hall meditation class are encouraged to join and deepen their practice. Books are available through the registration form for $16.
