Experience a lovely lunch prepared by the talented young chefs at the Culinary Institute’s American Bounty Restaurant. There is a set menu of a chopped salad with grilled potato (appetizer), roasted pork loin with Merlot sauce (entree) and vanilla bean cheesecake (dessert). A vegetarian entree may be requested but we will not know what it is ahead of time. Following lunch we will enjoy the ‘CIA Experience, where you interact with students for videos and Q and A to learn about their training.
