Susan began her love of fitness teaching classes at the Wilton YMCA. It was while she was there that she was certified in Personal Training by the YMCA of America, certified by AFAA for Group Fitness and certified in Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills Bodyflow and Les Mills CRX. She decided to get a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Fitness Trainer certification. After leaving the YMCA she joined the Ridgefield Parks and Rec where she was a personal trainer. At the same time she is employed by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical to teach group fitness classes. After Covid she left Ridgefield Park and Rec and joined Founders Hall to teach a variety of classes.
