Congressman Jim Himes will hold a 'town hall meeting' at Founders Hall on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 4:15 to 5:45pm. As your advocate, he wants to hear what issues are important to you. This meeting is open to the public.

Your Must-Have Documents, Friday, Feb. 24, 1pm. A trio of professionals will review the essential documents that each of us should have in place before a medical crisis hits.
Nutrition Workshop, Tuesdays, Feb. 28, March 7, April 4, 2:45 pm. A WCSU intern is teaming up with an RVNA dietcian to create a cookbook of healthier versions of recipes targeted to specific chronic illnesses. Come to the workshop to learn about the project, diet and nutrition as it relates to chronic disease.
